Agreed, and prior to that he did not make any purchases in the past year plus. So my point is, why would he buy shares in the open market if he thought it would go no bid and why would he purchase shares and then just R/S which would hurt himself.

Now, he can't predict the exact bottom but he would have an indication if there is room to run based on current convertible's and potential news
