Welcome to the wonderful mysterious world of Roy Warren. I don't think he cancelled the r/s. It said in the original filing he was going to be mailing something out about the r/s. I haven't received anything. With yesterdays dilution and the volume today the issued shares should be somewhere around 2.3 billion. $attd
