I mean, you stated that there was a JV before it was mentioned in the KSWJ PR.

What lead you to believe that there was a JV before that PR?

Strictly from what you heard from the SEC guy?

Or was there some other source?

That's all I'm trying to learn here.

You keep mentioning that you knew of the JV long ago.

So how did you learn of it?
