Speaking of TMM questions, has anyone visited the TMM financials page on the OTC site lately? TMM has a new WARNING sign on it, shown on pinks as a red YIELD sign. It says, "Companies that have posted limited financial information through the OTC Disclosure & News Service or are late in their filing obligation with the SEC are designated as OTC Pink Limited Information."

I notice they still haven't posted the part of the quarterly report that shows who flushed more money down the TMM drain, that may be part of the problem. We know its always Wiggins and Wright but the SEC wants to know it I guess.

Bottom line is TMM has filings problems in addition to their lawsuit problems and zero revenues problems, etc..
