taking this a bit further...
1) maybe he was given 'some' cash already so these are valued at less

2) flip-side of that, if no other payment given... 'if' we assume 6% interest yoy... I come up with maybe $15/sh valuation??

again, this is NOTHING but me speculating... NOT FACTs

next 'sign' I expect if something is coming is liabilities owed to Hambrecht converted to shares... if/once we see that I'd guess we're VERY close to 'something'


thing is, 'pretending' WR Hambrecht Ventures is reverse-merged into here... and 'pretending' this is valued/trading at $15... would I sell? Probably not based on the success they claim to be having in several interviews... this could be a LONG TERM hold and 'possibly' a life-changer(?)

or maybe it's just a shell with a tiny asset that goes nowhere ;)

sorry for the rant which is obviously just my opinion loaded with a bunch of 'what-ifs'..etc
