The way that ~500K shares were scooped right at the open around 0.152 when there was little support showing on L2 at all was a major tell.

MMs want to grab shares low but now their eyes are wide enough with greed that they're fighting over them at these prices.

In reality, the NYSE warning has no tangible impact on the company as it does not affect production/income nor does the company issue shares to raise capital (which it likely will never have to do again).

If it takes an R/S to stay NYSE-listed it will not bother me at all. Shareholders will not lose any value and it will not change the fact that a much higher market cap is beyond justified (and higher prices after R/S).

The stock may even reach fair market value faster if the O/S is reduced, making it trade that much thinner and opening it up as an invest-able asset for funds that can't buy anything valued under $1
