This is a fake and shake out move IMHO.

Why would NYSE wait until the day before commercial production news to scare investors out? They know that the company hasn't met listing requirements and today happens to be the day they decide to give notice?? Just before it is likely to rise significantly.. hmm!

I fully expected price weakness ahead of the announcement but this is too obvious of a ploy to grab shares now.
