Seems too large of a coincidence for NYSE to give notice days before commercial production is to be announced.

It's quite likely that someone set this up so they could load up nice and cheap (while building a nice short position that will need to be covered) ahead of the news which should send it north in a hurry and eliminate any concerns over the NYSE warning that was just given.
