Why has the company gone silent - why won't the CEO respond to shareholders?

Are they looking for a buyer of the shell?

I suspect there will be a change of ownership - the new owners will do a reverse split and take out current shareholders.

It has been a year since they gave filed any financial information and that is getting perilously close to getting the attention of the SEC for failing to file current financial information.

If you buy shares even at 0.0001 or 0.0002 it is a big risk at this time.
