Has it failed? I don't know but it does have a serious case of "road rash". Here are the following observations. JG went back to biochar leaving VCOR to shell out. MM says the prior does not impact Vega/biochar relationship. In addressing what was vencor, I have spoke with several professors about biocoal. Their explanation made it clear that biocoal is not charcoal; more to it. Hence, imo, JG was caught between biochar and biocoal. One was perfected and in the can the other was demanding much too much time to be able to balance in two time zones; Thus one goes. I am reminded of the pic from the site where the caption read a load of Biochar ready to ship. In any case, here we are...battered and bruised. My hope is that going forward company info is handled in a professional and disciplined manner and not at the beckon called of nervous investors who are blown by winds of rumors.
