1. The original 12 inch dolls sold actually at a profit and not at a loss in the last 10q but is should be noted that Walmart bought the 16 inch Tween Scene dolls and the financials have not come out for that qtr. yet so there are not numbers to confirm or deny the profitability of the new dolls yet. But, the production costs go down as they order more dolls and this order was much, much larger than any previous one.
2. The 35 million deficit is not debt, it is paper losses attributed to derivative caused by discount to market convertible notes. It is not debt and the way to eliminate it is to do what OWOO has been doing which is to pay off the debt as confirmed in their recent 8k showing a big note was paid off. Also it should be noted that as the pps goes up that derivatives number goes down substantially.
I know the facts are pesky and really shouldn't matter but they do.
