wiping the bid do not make sense at all here, they increased the AS for a reason. They could have done an R/S and do another spiral down, but now they choose to increase the AS to 10 bil.

Bid at 1s is 409 mil, even wiping that bid, today's volume + 409 mil + 1.3bil outstanding shares will equal around 1.85 billion OS.

Company need buyers and they know volume of buys has been dead , why increase the AS if they want to wipe the bid???

The only reason here to max out the AS is to run the stock north and dilute on the way up, we will have a huge run ahead.
