Yes I can post an update.

Turns out that all those posters who landed on here a while back and said we were all going to fry in hell and pay over $800,000 in damages, suffer weight gain and chromosome mutations were full of it.

Turns out the Federal case that Shaun Irvine and Jehu Hand brought suit against shareholders for conspiracy was totally frivolous.

How do we know is was baseless?
Because the discovery has closed on the Federal suit without Shaun and Jehu asking for 1 single document.

That is a clear admission that the case was bogus from the outset and merely an instrument of intimidation.

The shareholders on the other hand got some very damaging information out of Shaun when we took his deposition.

I would not be surprised if he went away for 10 to 20 years based on the fraud that was uncovered during the deposition.
