When the coal companies acquired companies in 2011 they went heavily in debt. And since the market has dropped dramatically. Now they are in debt facing BK.
We on the other hand are doing it out of the value of the company. And will have the new company without debt.....
Pretty good moves.
Which means if, for some reason, business slows down, we can pretty much park the company without needing huge amounts of money coming in.
Now if we could get that cell!
