Next complaint...While they have defrauded vendors by ordering goods and services with no intent to pay, how can they possibly hireDr. D'amato at $180,000 plus bonus. If they have cash it is hidden

Next complaint...if you are counting shares issued, my guess is that you will realize that they have exceeded their maximum, hence they are asking for permission to increase shares after the fact.

Let the SEC deal with them
