Janice, Indeed Rocket was informed about Energomash WAY ahead of the JV anouncement. I asked him to look into it because I didn't know what it meant.. if anything. He is indeed truethful about this claim. You want proof ~ I'll back it up !! I also asked Calgary to help me figure out what it meant and why. Again.. I can back that up too. I was asked to send all info I had on KSW to NF @ the SEC via email~any correspondance~patents, etc.~..I can back that up too. So in RR defence~ he is far from making this up.. quite the opposite in fact. He got it from me and I can back it up.
