Look folks.....Roger is a convicted fraudster. That's public information that any municipality, county, state or federal government employee can see. The fact that Roger is a convicted felon and someone convicted for bribery, no government agency large or small would consider doing business with someone like Roger. Too much of a risk. So hypothetically speaking, even if Roger had a body cam system to sell to law enforcement entities, none of these entities would do business with a convicted fraudster. And lol....I have yet to see any body cam system from Roger. That's looking more and more like a scam too. The DIRV no cam scam.
