Scout, I got your PM, I have an account with a max 15 posts per day as well and in looking through managed posts, it is based on the TOS, regardless of whether the post is positive or negative. I will look forward to your reply when you can on the board, but IMHO shorts have nothing to do with the pps, many of us who have been here a long time went through this same scenario when the A/S was raised last year. Dilution was used to help pay for Avanzar last year.
