To all wondering about lack of press release in regards to the Bridgestone settlement, there is no need for guessing the reason - just contact the company.

It has to do with strict confidentiality, similar to Apple settlement in August. Company is basically precluded from commenting.

There is no need to concentrate so much on the PRs. The only thing important at this point is CASH. Do they have enough to continue operations? Do they bring more than they spend? Is there a sustained path to profitability? Can they continue to pay on their obligations, especially once that are due in October? What do you expect in Q3 results? Where are the proxies in regards to combined entity? Is the merger going to occur or it can still fall through? There are plenty more questions out there.

These are the questions you should be asking, not why they don't issue PRs or who is selling and why - that is just noise.
