Rent Finders USA
Will buy $500,000 of CT's for each of the next three years.
Contract agreement to guarantee sells in which Rent Finders will give HISC $1.5 million in Rent Finders USA shares if they do not meet the $1.5 million.

Middle East
1 small PO to business in Jordan
Prosec 5000 units - Pierre Jorgio, as of two days ago say order still stands. HISC completing final testing
Xpress Communications - Waiting on Department of Commerce and money transfer. Shipment to begin in next few weeks.
Working with largest transportation logistics company in Middle East and government agencies.

USA
Actsoft quitely selling CTs over last 2-3 months into the market place. List of sells is quite impressive.

Sold or have pilot projects on school buses in SC,TN,NY,OR,WA,NC.
Awarded bids on two law enforcment agencies in NC and VA. 1 in SC evaluating and seeking appropriate funding.
Delivered what we hope is first order of many to government relief agencies.
Currently in use on tug boats in Mississippi.
Other commercial ocean and inland waterway companies have sought us out for information and demos.
Clients working in Armored Car Industry US, CAN, MEX, EUR showing dividends.
Fleet management (public transit system) application being trialed in NC. Keep track of city buses and help with scheduling.
Currently providing CT to west coast parking meter company.
South Carolina electric utilities working into budget for upcoming year and completing evaluation.
Currently have CT's in light commercial aircraft surveying pipe lines on west coast.
RFPs in process for military bases and fleet of trucks.
Sold CT to credit card processing company for wireless tracking.
Most promising - Two automobile manufactures in Europe. If successful CT could be installed on assembly line.

Sprint/Nextel - Technical partner. Demoing for sales agents. Retail channel will increase sales dramatically.

Wireless Carriers

IDEN - Sprint, Nextel (US), Tellas (CAN), Xpress (JOR), potential Nextel International (MEX & S AMER)
GSM - Cingular, AT&T (US), Rogers (CAN), Orange & O2 (EUR), Alpha & MPC (Mid East) 2 billion subscribers

Motorola - Using CT to show robustness of their equipment IO200 Board. Continuing to work with them on wireless modem.

Arcom - Manufacturing Partner. Great partner in past and really looking forward to working with in future.

IBM - fairly new relationship - Very exiting opportunity, working on software and sales opportunities.

Actsoft - Very successful partner with Nextel/Sprint.
We are very interested and excited about the new pieces of technology that Ian has been talking about.
Received payment yesterday from FEMA on debris removal trucks.
HISC and Actsoft decided it would be best for both to not merge at this time and focus on company objectives.
Look to have a very, very long relationship with HISC.

EVANS received comments on 14C Filing which caused resturcturing to take longer than expected so record date July 27.

HISC will maintain all rights and assets of HISC.

Revenue Projections
Complex market place difficult to forcast due to government approvals and licencing.
Going to develop 4 year HISC sales forcast in next couple of weeks.
Demand in arena is growing so rapidly that substantial business for all competitors.
Sitting on large # of orders and expect to close them soon.

It is likely that HISC will become an acquistion candidate as well as HISC looking to merge or acquire companies to form synergy opportunities.
