I don't check in very often on HDYN, stocks, etc ... still hopeful, liking what I see ... glad to see many of you hanging tough. Best wishes to all.
Life goes on, I spent many hours over a few days with hospice nurses, as a family member was passing away ... primary diagnosis was spot on IMO ... vascular dementia. Horrific, all of it ... loss of memory, health, wealth, mobility, sanity.

On a more positive note ... I ran another 100 mile foot race ... in sandals, but otherwise bare feet ... going on five years of an all plant based diet ... ideally suited to ultra running, preventing coronary artery dis-ease, cancer, etc ...
