I think one thing that gets overlooked here that should be mentioned: Francine holds an MBA and has been the treasurer / CFO of Boreal. I think the accounting has largely gone through her.

The auditor isn't the one that prepares the report, he/she simply checks to make sure nothing seems out of place. That means that what has been reported is unlikely to change.
