One thing that I like about yesterdays 8-K is that creditors have more control/say as to what the company borrows money for. Which means its going to be difficult for the company to recklessly borrow money and thus increase their debt.

I personally did not want $ESCR to complete the deal with $WRES if it meant they needed to take out a bunch of financing and increase their debt. So i'm okay if they do not do the deal with $WRES.

The only way i'd be happy if they did the deal with $WRES is if the company found a private investor to sell a large number of restricted shares to, or the company mergers/gets acquired by a much larger company.
