I wouldn't expect to see an update today. Even if a verbal deal was confirmed yesterday, it could still be weeks before any formal deal is finalized. Not to say that it wont happen either, but in my experience, a manufacturing deal as described would take some time to iron out details and legalities. I spend several days reviewing just the t's and c's of capital equipment suppliers and contractors and sometimes it takes weeks to get to a finalized set of t's and c's for any given contract if i have disputes or vice versa.

Not trying to be a downer and I hope in this instance I am incorrect, just my thoughts.
