I decided to accumulate in the .30's - .20's. The left over supply from the closed Chinese facility will dry up eventually. Largo has enough cash that I believe they could operate as is until sometime in 2017. Pricing should head back to it's 35 year average of $5-6 within that time and Largo will become more attractive.
