Medbox is saying all the right things in their press releases.

However the big test is whether the financials are going to match up with all the promises during the next year and a half. It may not matter to all the flippers in the stock as 99% of you are short term holders anyway.

While it appears MJ sales are growing rapidly in Colorado and other states, one has to also focus on supply. As more dispensaries are approved, competition heats up, and prices inevitably drop as each store (or chain) compete for customers. Margins in turn also go down. State, county, and city governments salivate at potential tax revenue and start to get greedy and begin raising the MJ taxes.

I'm guessing that within the next 18 months the average retail price per oz of pot will go down 50% from where it is today. The best bet is to locate dispensaries in college towns since that is your customer bases. Most people over age 25 can't be stone regularly and keep a job.

Like any farming market there will be a shake out . Some will survive, most will not. It will take time which is what Medbox needs in order to sell more stock, which will be far and away their best crop.
