I love the way you take bits and pieces to make an argument! If they have qualified for NASDAQ or NYSE, they would have already affected an acquisition or two! You are stating at today's snapshot! Which they and we all know will not get them there!! lol!

The restatements, as you are calling Management deceptive, is also laughable. The restatements were the results of how a small regional auditing firm interprets GAAP and how Marcum (a top ten Firm) interprets! Again taking things out of context!

You can't be a public figure and be deceptive, they did nothing wrong and are just aligning the Company for the big leagues!
