If BANRO does not pay the dividend to you at all, but only partly
end keeping quite, it seems like they are hoping the money on your account will grow as a tree or flower or what else? This problem can´t be solved by a "keeping quite", they will be forced to pay out it all with small or bigger impairments inflicted by law.
