I am completely familiar with all of the definitions that you have posted. IMO, We will NOT see a 5X valuation. This is a company with zero profits, Low profit margin on Vitaminfizz, Very Limited funds, owns a distribution company that isn't profitable, and has 250 million shares available for dilution after the R/S. No analyst is going to give this company a five times valuation. They don't just give the 5x valuation because other companies in the industry have it. Many factors are used when determining this valuation.
