Pink sheet companies can be diamonds in the rough. They just take more work because you have to put a bunch of the research together from different places.

The only thing that's important is what happened in the life of the company recently. News from before the company is public does not help. It's helps much less when it's 17 years old.

What does help is looking to see if they have a good product. I found the site and took a quick look at the content and it has some good stuff in there.

The fact that they stopped filing the reports is confusing because I can't find anything as to why that is.

About the icplaces.com websites. I just went there and they say they are owned by the company. There is nothing that says they where sold.
