NO MATTER HOW YOU LIKE AT THIS FINANCING DEAL, THE BOTTOM LIKE IS THAT THE FINANCEER IS GETTING A PIECE OF PAPER OR STOCK AND TRUST ME , THEY DO NOT WANT A WORTHLLESS PIECE OF PAPER OR STOCK WHETHER AT 20% DISCOUNT OR NOT.
