I still don't see what a 17 year old article has to do with this company. Don't get me wrong I really appreciate links to news but that does not give me any info on this company.

I would suspect the price is so low because they are late on filings.

I'm more interested in the thought process of this post. Let's say the CEO, before this company was in business failed to disclose the amount of money he made for writing an article. That was 17 years ago.

14 years after that this company did not file a 8k for a deal you mentioned.

I hardly see that as a pattern. It's not a pattern if you do something once every 12 years.

The most interesting thing is I see no discussion about the company. I came here asking for a link to a website and only get info about the CEO from 17 years ago.

I find that fishy.
