Again , in the recent CC management specifically stated that Azure was imminent...Azure could be announced any day. We are way more closer. Furthermore, think about the list of announcements that will follow after the launch of Azure... Once again, management clearly stated in CC that they could not 'comment' on certain projects or projections. That wasn't because they were hiding or didn't want to reveal something. Peter and E. Kelly made it clear that they were 'NOT ABLE' to comment at this time. It doesn't take a genius to fill in the blank here as they said GW was completed on their end.
Simone B. didn't come aboard simply to support a storage tech company similar to OVLD. Peter Bookman has made several comments that point toward the completion of GW on Azure.
Obviously, there's much more taking place behind the scenes. Management didn't waste any time getting the shelf registration approved. That must've been priority / urgent for reasons that'll benefit company financially and will reflect positively in share price value.
