The TOS does not say that you cannot respond to another poster.

These boards are for discussion so of course you can respond to other posters.

The TOS simply says "If the post is about other Users then it should be removed."

If you disagree with what another poster says, challenge it with a post of your own focusing on the information, not the other Poster.

"Posters should be allowed to call out others who lie, purposely misinterpret or are ignorant."

NO. They cannot call out and should not. This is not grade school. If you are unable to reply to another user without talking about him then do not post. Just move on.
