First you would need to know how to read the EVTI daily chart. Look at

September 23. EVTI dead soldier. "Black Candle"
September 24. EVTI open .004 close .0036 "Red Candle"
September 25. EVTI open .0036 close .0031 "Red Candle"

You see a pattern here? LOL Making lower highs and lower lows. Trending DOWN
