This is only going to happen if the people in the field know what they're doing. Divers are divers and there are hundreds of them ready and wiling but that'a not the issue. It takes veterans with survey and hands-on shipwreck salvage experience. To my understanding, Ace Ridgley is more or less the only one. That's something one should have concern about.
