Hello, Can a Free IH member access an existing stock board Survey?

There was a new one created recently at,
Boards > US OTC > Basic Materials > Bourque Industries, Inc. (BORK)
http://investorshub.advfn.com/Bourque-Industries-Inc-BORK-1355/
but I can't see any menu for Surveys when I go there.

But at IH's FAQ - Handy Links - Surveys

Newest Board Surveys
Bourque Industries, Inc. BORK Take Survey
I only get: Results for the BORK Survey
and not the ability to take the survey.
