............if FDA delays are do to dotting every i.....and crossing every t .....when it comes to safety I am all for it be done correctly and safely.........Howerver if it is mere ho hum bureaucracy .....Then shame on the FDA.....wake up FDA.....this is a chronic issue.........approval of something that works will save lives of the ususer/abuser as well as reduce crime and reduce taxpayer/govt expenditures in many areas........oh, and by the way health care costs for all would probably be reduced as well.
