Louis,

I am surprised to see that the warrant amount got raised from 10% to 17.5%, the only problem is the strike price will be so high that unless gold rises to over $1,600; the warrants may never have any value.

Can you explain why you believe the price of gold needs to be over $1600/oz for the warrants to have any value.
If you believe this to be the case why would you vote to approve the plan? Also, I didnt think you owned shares.

The only breaks you get in life...are those you give yourself!!!
