Thats why I said Vauge because it was so brief in nature.Not sure what if any creative writting went into this but you are so right that it should be explained in a way the street and investors can understand. If they had a headline that the CD was cancelled then I gaurantee the shares would have gone higher on that,so is the CD really cancelled? Otherwise yes have to agree with what your saying about everything including this horrible, extremly turbulent, volitile and unstable market.
