New employment agreement: In addition, all unvested stock options, stock appreciation rights, restricted stock and performance shares held by Mr. O’Neill will immediately expire.

Old employment agreement: In addition, all stock options, stock appreciation rights, restricted stock and performance shares he holds will immediately vest.
