Thank you speckulater, I'm wondering why doesn't he have shares like the other directors, is he buying in a trust or something. Doesn't he want shares? He could be the one that has the contacts for the private placement which would protect BLTA from a hostile and he could engineer a friendly M&A.
I think of Baltia as a start up too. I also think of it as a takeover target for the bigger air lines who got caught up in convertible debentures, and derivatives and hedges on fuel at premium prices.
With the St. Petersburg flight at 60 MILLION revenue, everybody would be looking at them....even billionaires like Trump and Bloomburg and Spitzer and Buffet and Gates, etc. Can't rule them out, maybe they want to own an airline company, it is very prestigious.
