I believe most of the sales could be true.

But I've also seen tweets like when they acknowledged .60 share price and said that ARYC would be a 100 bagger.

At this time they loose credibility from tweeting this stuff. They tweet instead of PR because of the SEC. It's easy to say "target" September for dividend. However if they put out an official PR and didn't follow through then there would be consequences.

I don't like the fact that they issued themselves more shares so that they could be 57% of the company and vote on more AS.
