If MP has earned your trust and benefit of the doubt, great.

The facts of the case you cite differ greatly from your recap though.

The icing on top of the cake is MusclePharm has NOT to this day filed any lawsuit regarding counterfeit products or distribution.

This is very telling that MP seems to be avoiding at any cost testifying under oath.

Yet MusclePharm finds the time to file suit against Jim Stoppani over a "podcast". Yes a "podcast"
