It fully matured in March of 2014, so they could convert the full amount at any time. I believe they stopped getting interest on the notes when they fully matured too. These today may just be them taking a quick profit from the .0005s they bought, they may have had another investment they wanted to get into with the money, so they decided now was the time to convert them. They also bought a big chunk last year for about the same price. This is supposed to be the last of them. I don't know if that means they are all gone, or if the last of them are being converted this month. I believe they would have been converted at .0005 again if it had been more notes today. If you see a big chunk go for .0004 next week, those will be more notes being converted. Basically I think regular investors bought in cheap today from Tangiers Investment Group, LLC, and Tangiers is off to another investment, or at least will be soon.
