Thanks for your comment. I just find it funny that the litigation is still active and could possibly be a game changer for DECN and that some here just right it off. I find a win in court more important than anything that DECN has mentioned in any press release. Litigation WIN is KING. IMO.

What else can Lifescan do here? They can delay and discredit and its not a far reach for them to do this, just looking back at their track record. So I can see them doing anything in their power to discredit and sway investors away....Like I said what else can they do at this stage of the game... wait quietly around for their appeal to be thrown out. IMO.

We are approaching oral arguments soon and some say if a RULE 36 is appropriate then we are looking around 2 weeks after oral arguments for a judgment. I know I know... I'm an optimist and very long here. The current pps has no bearing on my mindset. Like I said The litigation is everything here. Once we win, the other aspects of DECN will fall into place. IMO.
