Just because the trade mark was rejected does not mean the product doesn't exist. My day job is in manufacturing and I have had many years in retail also. Product names get rejected all the time and most of the time they are simple correction. We have had product names reject several times before getting final approval. Its just a matter of working through the process.

I'm not worried at all about ANAS never invested in the company and do not plan on it. I've plaid MDIN for many years and have made some good money doing so.
