Hello, Dalegend27: Please help me to understand: If I am understanding all of this stuff correctly, then it sounds to me like they INVESTED almost $17 mill dollars to buy GNPT stock at the current price of +or - .005. And because it was such a huge purchase/investment with regards to the size of the current AS & OS, that they were required by law to report it. But, they can't do anything with the shares of stock until the future date of conversion has arrived, at the which time, THEN they can, AT THAT FUTURE DATE & TIME, begin to unload the shares, if they want to. And as I remember, I think, from other discussions along these lines, in other stocks that I have been involved in, that they can't just unload them all at one fell swoop, but rather in what are basically governed by the powers that be, just so many shares per month, or something like that, so that they can't manipulate the value of the stock one way or the other, ie: up or down. So, as someone here in our forum already mentioned, it sounds to me like as if a ''major'' investor type of entity ''sees'' what many of us here has already seen, also, and simply wanted to jump in to a really good investment while the pps price was still so tremendously undervalued, isn't that so? If it is, THEN WE HAVE A WONDERFUL CONFIRMATION by virtue of this 13-g filing, legal reporting, by all of the concerned parties, including Asif & company! Well, we REALLY DO have hold of a diamond in the ruff! Or is it a beautiful blue saffire?!!! I MOST CERTAINLY WILL BE SERIOUSLY ACCUMLATING MORE AS I AM ABLE! For these kind of legitimate plays rarely come along in stinky pinky land! GLTA! GB Asif & company!
