If the DECN bid is .076 and the ask is .109, that means you are sitting on a 30% loss immediately after you purchase at .109/share.

The bid is the important side of the equation. Does not matter what you can buy DECN for, only what you can sell it for. An "easy" buy and "tough" sell spell disaster here.
