It comes down to what is mental illness. The way the government works is that they could say that anyone that seeks guidance or advice from any sort of mental health facilitator could be deemed with a mental health problem. Even if someone just went to see someone because that were depressed or grieving over the loss of a loved one. Yep .... no gun for cause you can't be trusted.
